This dresser was made by hand by my grandfather-in-law, Jack Hammond. This dresser is built beautifully, but needed a little love. I re-attached the kick plate and cleaned and patched the wood and drawers. After priming and painting with a crisp white, I added new brass batwing pulls and lined the drawers with a pretty gold and white patterned paper. The back of the dresser is painted in a grey-blue. I painted the back because even though it typically ends up against a wall, it deserves just as much attention as the front.
